AcadEx COGNITIVE

Introduction

AcadEx COGNITIVE is an educational and cognitive development platform designed to support students, candidates, and professionals through structured courses, preparatory programs, digital resources, and guided learning experiences. By accessing or using AcadEx COGNITIVE services, users agree to comply with the terms, rights, and restrictions outlined below.

Basic Terms

  • AcadEx COGNITIVE / The Company: Refers to the educational platform providing online and hybrid learning services, resources, and training programs.
  • Member / User: Any individual who registers, enrolls, or accesses AcadEx COGNITIVE courses or services.
  • Course: Any online, hybrid, or physical educational program, including videos, documents, assessments, and related learning materials provided by AcadEx COGNITIVE.
  • Content: All learning materials, including videos, texts, graphics, audio, assessments, and digital resources made available through the platform.
  • Access: The permission granted to a Member to view or participate in a specific course or service after registration or payment.

Rights & Restrictions

  1. Age Requirement
    Members must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may only access AcadEx COGNITIVE services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  2. Limited Right of Access
    Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access only the portion of the AcadEx COGNITIVE course or program corresponding to their registration or purchase.

  3. Duration of Access
    The purchased course or program will remain accessible to the Member for as long as the course is maintained by AcadEx COGNITIVE, with a minimum availability of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  4. Content Usage Restrictions

    • All videos and digital materials are provided via online streaming or controlled access.
    • Content is not downloadable, unless explicitly stated by AcadEx COGNITIVE.
    • Members may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or modify any content without written permission from AcadEx COGNITIVE.

  5. Intellectual Property
    All course materials and platform content are the intellectual property of AcadEx COGNITIVE and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

  6. Course Modifications and Availability
    By granting access, AcadEx COGNITIVE does not obligate itself to permanently maintain any course, feature, or content in its current form. Courses may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at the discretion of the Company.

  7. Acceptable Use
    Members agree to use AcadEx COGNITIVE services solely for personal educational purposes and in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner.
