I. Purchase of Books, Pamphlets, and Other Articles

AcadEx COGNITIVE provides academic books, pamphlets, and educational materials through its online shop.
Account registration is not mandatory for the purchase of physical or digital learning materials.

1. Purchase Procedure

  1. Visit the AcadEx COGNITIVE Official Platform 
  2. Browse available materials or use the search function to find specific books, pamphlets, articles, or products.
  3. Add selected items to the cart.
  4. Review the cart and proceed to Checkout.
  5. Enter a coupon code (if provided by the management) to receive a discount.
  6. Complete payment. 

II. Course Enrollment Procedure

Enrollment into AcadEx COGNITIVE programs follows a structured academic process.
Account registration is mandatory for all course and program enrollments.

1. Enrollment Steps

  1. Create an AcadEx COGNITIVE account or log in to an existing account.
  2. Select the desired course or academic program.
  3. Review the:
    • Course outline
    • Course catalog
    • Learning objectives
    • Duration and access conditions
  4. Add one or more courses to the cart.
  5. View the cart and proceed to Checkout.
  6. Apply a coupon code if provided by management.
  7. Complete payment.

2. Access After Enrollment

Upon successful payment, learners receive immediate access to the student dashboard, where course content, learning resources, and progress tools are available.

III. Accepted Means of Payment

1. Local Payment Gateway (Cameroon)

AcadEx COGNITIVE accepts the following local payment methods for Cameroonian learners:

  • MTN Mobile Money
  • Orange Money

2. International Payments (Foreign Learners)

  • Card payments are available for international learners.
  • Foreign learners must contact AcadEx for detailed payment instructions and support.

IV. Access Policy

1. Course Access

  1. Course access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
  2. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the registered learner.
  3. Course content is provided through online digital access and is professionally organized by with video lessons, Lectures, Notes and Quizzes; With progress tracking functionalities.
  4. AcadEx COGNITIVE reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or content at its discretion.

2. Account Responsibility

Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Unauthorized sharing of accounts or materials may result in suspension.

V. Delivery Policy

1. Digital Materials

  1. Digital books, pamphlets, and articles are delivered through:
    • The learner’s account dashboard, or
    • Secure download or viewing links where applicable.
  2. Delivery of digital materials is typically immediate after payment confirmation.

2. Physical Materials

  1. For physical books (hardcopy) or materials, delivery timelines and costs will be clearly communicated at checkout.

VI. Refund Policy

AcadEx COGNITIVE maintains a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Course Refunds

  1. Refund requests must be submitted before substantial access or usage of course content.
  2. Once a learner has accessed a significant portion of a course or program, refunds may not be granted.
  3. No refunds are provided for completed courses or programs.

2. Books and Materials

  1. Digital materials are non-refundable once access or download has been granted.
  2. Refunds for physical materials may be considered only if:
    • The item is defective, or
    • The wrong item was delivered.
  3. Requests must be made within the timeframe communicated by the management.

3. Administrative Discretion

AcadEx COGNITIVE reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make final decisions in line with institutional policies.
