Constitutional Law is a foundational course that introduces learners to the principles, rules, and institutions established by the Constitution. The course examines the structure and organization of government, the distribution and limitation of governmental powers, and the relationship between the state and its citizens.
Learners will explore important topics including the meaning and sources of constitutional law, constitutional supremacy, separation of powers, the three arms of government, fundamental rights and freedoms, citizenship, the rule of law, and constitutional amendments.
