CERTIFICATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ACADEX ONLINE TUTORS

The Management of AcadEx Cognitive is pleased to inform all participants who have successfully completed the Certified Online Tutoring Programme and have been duly selected for certification that the official Certification and Commissioning Ceremony shall take place as follows:

Date: Sunday, 13 September 2026
Time: 2:00 PM Prompt
Venue/Platform: Official details shall be communicated through the appropriate administrative channel.

The ceremony shall formally mark the completion of the certification process and the commissioning of successful participants as AcadEx Online Teaching Partners.

1. PARTICIPANTS CONCERNED

The ceremony is exclusively intended for tutors who have:

• Successfully completed the required stages of the Certified Online Tutoring Programme;
• Fulfilled the requirements communicated by AcadEx Cognitive;
• Completed the payment of the Certificate Issuance Fees;
• Been duly selected and approved for certification.

The official list of graduating tutors to be certified shall form an integral part of this communiqué and shall be used for the final certification and administrative records.

2. MANDATORY PARTICIPATION

Attendance at the Certification and Commissioning Ceremony is MANDATORY for all graduating tutors.

All concerned tutors are therefore required to make adequate arrangements to participate fully and be present at 4:00 PM prompt.

Failure to attend the ceremony without prior authorization from the Management of AcadEx Cognitive may result in the non-issuance or withholding of the certificate.

Participation shall therefore be considered an essential component of the certification process.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS

All graduating tutors are required to:

• Join the ceremony on time;
• Remain available throughout the official proceedings;
• Ensure that they are reachable through their registered contact details;
• Follow all instructions issued by the organizing and administrative team;
• Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the ceremony.

Late arrival may be recorded and may affect participation in the official proceedings.

4. CERTIFICATION

Certificates shall be issued only to participants who have been duly approved for certification and who have satisfied the requirements established by AcadEx Cognitive.

The certificate shall formally recognize the successful completion of the programme and the participant’s commissioning within the AcadEx Online Teaching Partnership Programme.

Further administrative instructions concerning certificate issuance and subsequent onboarding shall be communicated during or after the ceremony.

Only persons appearing on the approved list shall be considered graduating tutors for the purposes of this certification ceremony, subject to the applicable administrative requirements.

6. FINAL NOTICE

The Management of AcadEx Cognitive congratulates all successful participants on reaching this important stage and expects every graduating tutor to demonstrate the values upon which AcadEx Cognitive is founded:
